This cut scene, which was restored for the Director’s Cut, features the corrupt police detective McKensie leaving a strip club where Matt accosts him for information on the Kingpin.

This location no longer exists, but was evident from having seen it several other shows and films. This is 1478 6th Street, just north of the old E 6th Street bridge. There was a small side road that ran along the bridge (and went underneath connecting to Mesquit Street on the east) next to the buildings there. The street view below shows how it once appeared.
