Highway
Waking up late at Todd’s trailer, Karen hops into her rambler and heads into town. She drives on a highway by a railroad track, outside an abandoned mill.
Finding this specific stretch of highway was a little challenging. Knowing the town that later events were filmed in, I used that as a starting point and worked outwards looking for the nearest train line–which is about 45 minutes east. From there, it was a process of scanning along the satellite maps of the railroad until I found the mill as seen in the episode. It’s located across the river from Germantown, NY, off of Route 9W. Discovering this location also revealed the quarry where Karen and Todd spent so much time.

Bridge & Town Entrance
Karen’s rambler crosses a small bridge over a river and passes a sign proclaiming she’s entering Fagan Corners, VT (population 9,237).
This was filmed just east of downtown Hensonville, NY. The car is traveling north on Road 40 and makes a left onto Maplecrest Road, crossing over the Batavia Kill tributary. The sign welcoming her into town is just on the west side of the river.

Karen continues along Maplecrest, which becomes NY-296. The signal is at the intersection of 296 and Goshen Road, in Hensonville, NY.
