Karen, following up on the trail of shell corporations hiding Fisk’s purchase of the Presidential Hotel, leads her to confront a “fixer” named Felix Manning. He makes clear to her that she is in much deeper than she appears.

Initially believed to the bar at the Presidential Hotel, but closer inspection revealed an entirely different bar. It was soon discovered that this is the bar and sitting area inside the Down Town Association, a private social club off Pine Street in the Financial District.
