Peggy and her SSR team sneak into the Roxxon warehouse to recover two atomic warheads before Whitney Frost can grab them.. While fighting with Whitney Frost, Peggy falls through a railing and is impaled on a piece of rebar.

The Kimberlina Power Plant in Santa Clarita was used for the exteriors of the warehouse, where Rose and Samberly take care of the mob-hired security team, as well as the final interiors where Peggy confronts Whitney, and is then injured. This location was also used for several different scenes in Agents of SHIELD.

The interiors of the Vault area, with all the locked doors, are presumed to have been filmed on a soundstage.
