I grew up in Hampstead, outside of London.

Flashbacks throughout the 4th episode show young Peggy playing hero in the garden outside the family’s English home. Later, an engagement party is depicted, and finally Peggy decides to take the position with the SOE after news of her brother’s death is received.

At this time, the location that played the English home of young Peggy Carter is unknown, but it does appear to be a private home somewhere in the Los Angeles area.
