After leaving the restaurant, Niku, and realizing that Kilgrave is back, Jessica has a panic attack and runs off down the sidewalk.
There are several scenes that intercut during this sequence. The first portion was shot on Elizabeth Street outside the restaurant and Coop & Spree, which is the store with the heart as seen above.
