In order to shut down the missile Hive intends to launch, Coulson must pick up a shutdown code from Undersecretary Thomas.

Coulson speeds down a street to get to the codes in time. It is Lindblade Street, the same street used to film the conversation between Coulson and Roz early in the season, that he races his car along.

Coulson makes a U-turn in the middle of the street and picks up the codes from Undersecretary Thomas. This was filmed in front of 12025 Waterfront Drive. He drives forward a little further on Waterfront Drive before stopping to read out the codes. He parks in front of some fountains by the Playa Vista Central Park.
