It looks like Malick’s convoy’s heading for this decommissioned power plant about 30 kilometers away.
Russian Woods
Bobbi and Hunter stow away onboard Malick’s private plane, which leads them to Siberia. Malick and General Petrov are making plans to set up an Inhuman sanctuary, and must do so while avoiding General Androvich, who is a secret Inhuman attempting to assassinate the Russian Prime Minister.
For scenes in the snowy woods, the crew went once again to the Golden Oak Ranch, presumably using the Piney Woods area. According to Agents of SHIELD Season Three: Declassified, filming also took place on Stage 11 at Culver Studios for some of the wooded scenes–most likely the ones at night.

Power Plant
The decommissioned power plant, where much of the episode takes place, was a little harder to track down. There are only so many locations like this available to film crews in Southern California, and Agents of SHIELD have used most of them. Both the exteriors and interiors of the plant were filmed at the NRG power plant in Long Beach, just under the 710 Freeway.
