Today, we’re launching Operation Spotlight. The objective: to peer into every shadowy corner of the ATCU.

Hunter and Bobbi infiltrate the ATCU office building, pretending to be a hacker and his FBI handler. Things go south when they discover that this is not the place they expected, and that the Inhumans are being weaponized not by the organization but by a shadow agent of HYDRA on the board.

Within the show, this location may have been planned to be the same location as Endotex Labs. It seemed like that may have been where Coulson believed the containment module was being shipped. But this business park-looking office is being created as a different entry, as it doesn’t seem like the same place. The production found a big office building in Simi Valley, off National Way, that they could take over a portion of to film all the scenes within the ATCU.
