My world tour brought me home to this guy, Sergei Valishnikov.

After Deadpool takes care of some rednecks and some Japanese mobsters, he returns to his home city (home sweet home), where he infiltrates a meth lab to catch good ole’ Sergei.

Interior

The interiors of this warehouse are uncertain. They might possibly be a location in the alley below, but since most of those buildings seem more like office structures it was probably filmed in another random warehouse in the Vancouver area.

Exterior

The alley outside the warehouse is in the alley behind 890 W. Pender, just off Hornby Street in Vancouver. The scenes of Wade running towards the cab were filmed in the alley perpendicular to the first one. He is running northerly from Dunsmuir towards this alley.
