What appears now to be some sort of firefight involving the FBI transport carrying Wilson Fisk.

Wilson Fisk is rescued from the FBI by a number of mercenaries he’s hired for just such an occasion.

The shootout and rescue of Wilson Fisk took place on the 39th St Bridge. Other websites have listed the Honeywell St. Bridge, just west of this one, as the actual location. While both have similar bridge structures, the buildings seen in the background of this scene points to this location.
