Wilson Fisk makes a speech to a room packed with people with deep pockets, as Leland mentions. But the festivities end quickly as patrons begin to be stricken by some kind of poison from the champagne.

The name of this building comes from a line spoken by Leland Owlsley in the episode. He says that the “mausoleum” they’re in is owned by Van Lunt, referring to Cornelius Van Lunt aka Taurus of the criminal group Zodiac.

This was initially a difficult interior to track down. It seemed like it was probably a location in the lower area of Manhattan, but was just uncertain of which one. It was in researching a Spider-Man location that the Cunard Building on Broadway popped up, whose interior matches with the scenes from the episode.
