Mr. Rigoletto has retired. His books have been acquired by my employer.

James Wesley, who works for (as of this episode) an undisclosed employer, contacts Officer Farnum in Abe Lebewohl Park and blackmails him to help eliminate Karen Page.

The small corner park is named after a Polish immigrant who was the founder of the Second Avenue Deli. The footage of Farnum’s daughter that Wesley shows the Officer appears to be filmed in the grassy area just north of the park on the grounds of Saint Mark’s Church.
