Things are not OK, in Oklahoma.
Episode 5 has a couple of stock footage aerial shots of the general Oklahoma countryside and small towns.
The image above is a piece of stock footage on a number of sites, indicating it was shot above Clinton, Oklahoma, but this does not appear to be aerial footage of that town. This city was unknown for the longest time, but thanks to Coby for writing in, informing us it was Shamrock, Texas! The image at the top of the page is looking southwest from over the top of Historic Route 66.
