Unlike most of the other episode 1 Tamaha locations, this was not filmed in Grantville. The Griffin Fire and Rescue station on Hill Street in Griffin, GA, was used instead. Maya is hiding behind the wall at the Wing-It Deli, on the northwest corner of Hill and East Quilly.
