On their way back to SSR HQ, a mysterious figure shoots Jerome Zandow and Agent Ray Krzeminski while in their car.

The intersection of Ways Street (North) and Cannery Street in San Pedro was hosed down and used for this sequence. The warehouse in the background is no longer in existence, but the Google Street View from around the time of filming shows the details.
