Following the trail to an Italian Villa, May is tortured, Skye gets shot, the team recovers Mike’s body, and we learn about the Deathlok program. An event space called the Villa del Sol d’Oro in Sierra Madre, right next to the Alverno Heights Academy, was used for both the exteriors and interiors.
