Establishing Shots

An aerial shot identifying the location as Oakland, California, is in fact stock footage of the Bay Area town, centered around the twin towers of the Ronald V. Dellums Federal Building in downtown.

Centipede Warehouse, Oakland

Raina and Edison Po have revived the Centipede program (seen earlier in the season) in an abandoned warehouse in Oakland, CA. The Agents eventually find the location and fight a group of super-soldiers with implants based on the work done on Mike Peterson. As detailed in Agents of SHIELD Season One Declassified, the production filmed in a site called Warehouse Number 9, which became a brewery (Brouwerij West) that now occupies space in this San Pedro building.
