Ward and Fitz travel through this mountain range to prevent a separatist group in South Ossetia from using a weapon called ezbiitometer–the Overkill device.

In reality, the Caucasus Mountains are a range of peaks separating Europe from Asia and bordering on Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Russia. The production didn’t stray that far, staying within the Thirty Mile Zone of Los Angeles and filming somewhere in the Santa Clarita area, possibly at one of the numerous film ranches in the area.

Additionally, the interiors of the bar/club might be filmed inside a real bar in the Los Angeles area, or it may be a set on the soundstages.
