When the episode was released in 2023, all that was known about this property was that it happened to be the same location used as A.A. Milne’s home in the 2017 film Goodbye Christopher Robin, due to its similarity to the real Milne home of Cotchford Farm in East Sussex. Revisiting this location after some time seems to have been a good strategy, as it was finally discovered via a location website. This house is just north of Stoke Row, off Cox’s Lane, about 75 miles from East Sussex.
