Gravik and G’iah show up outside a posh hotel and restaurant (identified as La Selva Oscura, on the difficult to read signage outside), for a meeting of Skrull council.

The exteriors of restaurant where the two Skrulls arrive are the back side of London’s Four Seasons Hotel, off Pepys Lane. The interiors may have been filmed inside this location somewhere, but they could also easily be a set at Pinewood Studios.
