Gravik and G’iah show up outside a posh hotel and restaurant (identified as La Selva Oscura, on the difficult-to-read signage outside), for a meeting of the Skrull council.

The exteriors of the restaurant where the two Skrulls arrive are the back side of London’s Four Seasons Hotel, off Pepys Lane. The interiors may have been filmed inside this location somewhere, but they could also easily be a set at Pinewood Studios.
