Various transitional images show a number of iconic parts of Karachi, Pakistan, also known as the City of Lights. All of these images, unless noted, were shot in Karachi, Pakistan.
The image above, of a bridge with the “City of Lights” slogan appears at the Clifton Bridge of the Khayaban-e-Iqbal Flyover, heading South.

The main street which includes Zulekha Tower is Jamaluddin Afghani Rd. between Shaheed-e-Millat Rd looking toward Alamgir Rd.

This roundabout is the Char Minar Chowrangi, which includes a replica of the Charminar monument of Hyderabad, India.

These sword-like towers are called the Teen Talwar Monument, which represent Unity, Faith and Discipline. The HBL building can be seen in the background looking South from the monument.

The street corner here below is from Club Rd and Abdullah Haroon Rd, where there are signs proclaiming Houston and St Petersburg as sister cities to Karachi.

This interesting image is of a roundabout called Amreli Steels Circle, and features a monument to Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the founder of Pakistan.

This church-like building is Frere Hall. An exhibition space and library built in the mid-1800’s that was originally intended to be Karachi’s town hall.

The following images, all of which setup Kamala and the cousins visiting Old Town, were all filmed around the junction of Shahrah-e-Liaquat (in Burns Road neighborhood) & Muhammad Bin Qasim Rd, with possibly the exception of the horse cart and mural shot, which could have come from another location. Several of the buildings in this location make it into the end credits montage as well.
