More like a deconstruction site!
Bucky and Dovich battle it out at the bottom of a construction site. Sam save one of the armored hostage cars from falling into the hole.
The “hole” for the construction site is actually an opening to some tennis courts below Atlantic Station, just below 17½ St. NW. Some behind the scenes photos from Twitter user @Live2Netflix shows sand and dirt on the court used to simulate the bottom of the site. Presumably a green screen was used to digitally add the scaffolding and beams behind the characters.
