Isaiah Bradley’s House, Baltimore, Maryland | MCU Location Scout

Sam and Bucky walk up to Isaiah Bradley's house.

Nobody named Isaiah lives here.

Bucky takes Sam to visit the house of Isaiah Bradley, a former super soldier, that wants nothing more to do with the lifestyle. Outside, Sam is accosted by Baltimore Police for walking while being black, before he is recognized as an Avenger. Sam visits again with Isaiah in Episode 5 and 6.

Shot just next door to the Sweet Auburn neighborhood in Atlanta, the crew used 66 Hogue Street, as a stand-in for Isaiah’s Baltimore house. Interestingly enough, the building up the street (to the right of the blue house as seen in the bottom image), is the birth home of civil rights leader Martin Luther King, Jr. An interesting juxtaposition for the content of this scene to be sure.
