Ulysses Klaue and his four SUVs escape from the alley market and casino being chased by Nakia & Okoye in a grey Lexus GS F, and Shuri driving a remote-piloted blue Lexus LC500. They all head west, traveling underneath the Parking lot/bridge, on Jagalchi-ro, and split up at the three-way intersection shown below.
Nakia and Okoye continue after the SUVs on the right, heading west on Jagalchi-ro past a Mini-Stop one block up on the left. Many thanks to my friend Youlee for helping me find this location!
