Steve takes in a movie, but the newsreel is interrupted by a loudmouth, who Steve tells to pipe down. Things then get a little heated, as they step outside.
Later, after the experiment, Steve dressed in a cheesy red-white-and-blue outfit, sells war bonds in a multi-city tour.
