This amazing location on the Malibu coastline is unfortunately not real. It’s a fully realized CGI location on the Point Dume Bluff. Tony gives the address as “10880 Malibu Point, Malibu, CA 90265” in Iron Man 3.

While the exterior shots of this location occur in all three Iron Man films from plates shot in Malibu, the interiors were all shot on soundstages. Each movie showcased a slightly different part of the house and looked a little different in each film.
