This extended chase has elements shot in both New York City as well as Rochester, with the finale ending up in Brooklyn!

Oscorp Hijacking

Aleksei Sytsevich hijacks an Oscorp truck carrying plutonium and leads the police, and Spider-Man, on a destructive chase through the streets of New York.

The chase opens with Sytsevich driving an integrated tow truck which is hauling the Oscorp armored car. He begins plowing through and running over police cars, as a huge assortment of emergency vehicles follow him. This sequence was filmed on West and East Main Street in Rochester between Irving Drive (on the West) and the overpass just East of the Genesee River.

Spider-Man Intervenes

Spider-Man takes control of the tow trucks steering wheel, swerving the vehicle as it approaches an intersection. It plows through more cars at the next intersection (In-Universe: 57th St and 8th Ave) when Spider-Man leaps off to save Max Dillon from being hit by a flying taxi cab.

The first intersection that Spidey helps the truck bypass is at E Main St and East Street in Rochester. The truck is heading south on Franklin Street, crossing E. Main, and continues onto East Street, with the camera set back around 340 E. Main Street looking west.

The second intersection is back on the West side of the river again, at E Main Street and the intersection of State/Exchange also in Rochester.

Intersection Shootout

The chase continues to a third intersection where Sytsevich slams on his brakes, causing the police to crash into the back of the armored car. Some of the henchmen open fire with their machine guns. Spidey webs up the goons and their guns, just as Sytsevich takes off again causing the vials of plutonium to bounce around the truck. This intersection was also shot in Rochester at W Main Street at S Fitzhugh Street.

Into the Alley

The tow truck takes off into an alley, running over debris and trash as Spider-Man tries to collect all the dangerous vials. The alley entrance and the shots of the truck being chased by police cars–and running over boxes and garbage, was filmed on Pindle Alley in Rochester, just off W Main Street.

Out of The Alley

The truck exits the alley into Chinatown quickly followed by several squad cars. The alley the vehicles exit is not the one where they started. Everything has moved over to the exit of Montgomery Alley on W Main Street, which was decorated to resemble something in New York’s Chinatown.
