As the power goes out, Spider-Man descends under the bridge with Gwen as police officers try to keep the public calm. Gwen helps him set his web-shooters to defeat Electro and then they argue about her coming to help restart the generators.

This was filmed under the Manhattan Bridge on Monroe Street, right by Mechanics Alley, a location that has been used in the Marvel Netflix shows as well.
