Escaping confinement at Ravencroft, with the help of Harry Osborn, Max gets into the electrical systems and attacks the New York power grid via one of Oscorp’s sub station.

While the aerial image of this substation puts it on Long Islnad City, next to the Queensboro Bridge, that’s just fancy visual effects. The scenes for the final confrontation between Electro and Spider-Man were shot at Gold Coast Studios in Bethpage.
