Harry Osborne comes home to visit his ailing father, Norman. Later Peter stops by to offer his condolences to Harry on the death of Norman Osborne.
The exterior of the Osborne mansion is located on the east side of Central Park on E. 91st Street.
It’s unclear at this time if the interiors are part of the same location or a studio set. Google Maps does have some interior photos of this residence, as it is used as a wedding venue, and they don’t match the look of the scenes from the film.
