Young boy chased down an alley by some older boys.

I think without Spider-Man, there’d be no hope for this city.

During a montage of Spider-Man helping citizens, while voice overs of New Yorkers provide positive and negative feedback of his exploits, a young boy is chased into an alley by some bullies. Spidey steps in to help.

Originally I though this alley was somewhere in Brooklyn, but with the help Sander de Lange, he let me know it was the end of Mechanics Alley (at Monroe Street) just next to the Manhattan Bridge (which a footing of can be seen on the other side of the fence in the image below).
