Spider-Man watches more police cars arrive in the parking lot.

In the future, if you’re gonna steal cars don’t dress like a car thief, man.

One of Spider-Man’s first official acts is to stop a car thief in the act of hot wiring a car. Unfortunately, the police do not see him as anything except a vigilante.

With the number of locations that filmed in New York, this parking lot caused some confusion. It was finally found in Los Angeles and not in New York, as elements of this sequence (including some of the police pursuit) were also shot on the West Coast. The parking lot is located on 529 Spring Street, in downtown Los Angeles.
