After getting into an argument with his Uncle Ben, Peter storms out of his house and heads to local market to get some chocolate milk. Uncle Ben walks the streets looking for Peter and encounters a mugger. Ben is shot in a struggle and dies on the sidewalk. The tragic origin of Spider-Man is now complete.

For scenes of Ben wandering the street and Peter camped out in the rafters of the bridge, the production filmed in Woodside, on 61st Street at Roosevelt Avenue.
