After ditching his moped, Peter races into an Alley and emerges as Spider-Man in order to get the pizzas to the customer in time. An onlooker believes that Spider-Man mugged the pizza delivery guy.
Peter runs along Lafayette and into the West side of Jones Alley, emerging as Spider-Man. The building in the background, as Peter emerges from the alley, is the same one that Mary Jane’s billboard is posted on from the opening shot of the film.
