Yelena has lost her edge and feels like things in her life no longer matter. This is a feeling that several other agents are also experiencing, including John Walker, Alexei Shostokov, Ava Starr, and Bucky Barnes. When they all meet a mysterious young man named Bob, these feelings bubble to the surface and threaten more than just their self-esteem. Throw in Valentina Allegra de Fontaine trying to play the system, and there’s a recipe for a disaster that affects the entire island of Manhattan.
