After saving Jacques Duquesne, Ariana, Soledad, and the other prisoners in the previous episode, Matt and Karen have stashed them on the top floor of this old building, using it as their new hideout.

The exterior of the location (above, and at the bottom where the Marshals escort Christofi out) is the old Metropolitan Savings Bank, on 9 E. 7th St in the East Village. The interiors are currently thought to have been filmed at the same location, but could also have been shot at the studio.
