The end of episode 8 features Jessica being shot by a sniper. Episode 9 picks up immediately thereafter, showing Pryce Cheng in a window across the street from the Alias Investigations building, shooting at Jesscia and Alisa.

The room Pryce is in could potentially be a soundstage, given the camera angle floating outside the window. But the outside of the building appears to match the exterior of the building at 181 Claremont in Morningside Heights. The hallway and stairs seem to be a real location, and could either have been shot in 181 Claremont or in the building used as the Alias building, 180 Claremont.
