Driving back from her doctor’s office (in the previous episode), Jeri spaces out at this intersection. She pulls over where a local sex worker, Makayla, asks her if she wants to party. Jeri invites her into the car.

Hogarth is traveling west on 44th Road at 11th Street. She pulls through the signal and parks just on the other side, where Makayla approaches her.
