Look, I just went through a breakup, so it’s kinda hard to focus in there.

Simon keeps a modest apartment in this Hollywood building. The series opens with him finding his girlfriend, Vivian, moving out. The location returns in several other episodes as Trevor occasionally visits.

The exterior (and presumably garage) of Simon’s building was filmed at 5656 Lexington Avenue. The interior of the apartment (an Easter Egg for Wonder Man’s first appearance in Avengers ) might have been filmed on site, but also could have been a set built on a soundstage, especially given the destruction to his walls seen in episode 2.
