Victor Von Doom started this project and devoted a decade of his life to it.

Destiny is a fickle mistress. If the Board of Directors hadn’t insisted on the inclusion of Victor Von Doom for Dr. Storm’s project, he would not have come crawling back to this mad genius, and the world may have been saved some additional pain.

Victor is both living and working in some sort of warehouse building. Its inclusion here also relies on a modicum of fate, as the location was discovered while searching for some other location entirely. This marks the first of several appearances for the (now demolished) Earl K Long Medical Center off Airline Highway in Baton Rouge. This structure is at the rear of the complex, as seen from Quida Mae Drive in the Street View below.
