I want to be the first person in human history to teleport himself.

In this universe, in 2007, a young Reed Richards expresses his wish to be a scientist and teleport himself to another location when he grows up. His teacher, who is a poor role model, tells him that he can’t.

The particular classroom where Reed attended school is currently veiled in the uncertainty of the cosmos. It was most likely filmed at the same location where the science fair sequence, seen later in the film, was shot, and presumed to be in the Baton Rouge area.
