ESTABLISHING
Peter travels on top of an El Train to meet up with a special contact to get more details on what may be happening.
This establishing shot really is Brighton Beach, at Brighton Beach Avenue & Coney Island Avenue in Brooklyn.

INTERIOR
Inside, the audience discovers he’s meeting with Yelena Belova, the Black Widow, who he hopes can help point him in the correct direction for his “small potato” stuff.
This interior appears to have been filmed in the Victoria Baths in Manchester. However, some details of the Baths aren’t completely identical, including some of the ceiling stained glass. It is also possible that this is a soundstage which recreated a room at the Baths with near accuracy. If you have any further details on this location, please feel free to get in contact.
