This sequence begins with an establishing piece of stock footage of the Pentagon building in Arlington, VA. The meeting room inside where Dr. Allan gives his presentation on the powers of the “survivors” is an unknown location, but might be a redress of the location (or set) used for the Baxter Institute boardroom.
