Victor Von Doom arrives on a glacier in Greenland, where the Silver Surfer has bored a hole into the ice. Doom attempts to attack the Surfer, which does not go well.

For shots of Doom’s helicopter flying above the glacier, it appears that the production had a second unit shoot above the Vatnajökull National Park, in Iceland. Thanks to MovieMaps for suggesting this location.

Scenes with Doom appear to have been filmed on Bridge Glacier, in Squamish, British Columbia. This was mentioned in an article in Pique Newsmagazine, but confirmed when I found the Street View below. The mountains in the second image match up perfectly.
