The Fantastic Four in a crowded airport.

Last night, the FAA was forced to ground all aircraft, leaving thousands stranded.

Reed, Sue, Ben, and Johnny are stuck in a crowded airport on their way back to New York.

While not explicitly mentioned, this may be the Vancouver International Airport in Richmond, playing itself. The news reports do indicate that there were power outages along the western United States. This sequence was filmed around Gate 29.

News footage shows overcrowded runways at Heathrow Airport, along with a dozen British Airways planes at the concourse. The image of the runway has been digitally manipulated to add the left runway. Looking at this closely reveals that there is no logical way for this setup to work. The second image is stock footage, also from Heathrow, of the parked BA planes.
