Arena Interior

Johnny makes a surprise appearance at the 2005 X Games where he flies as the Human Torch for the first time.

The X Games are global series of action sport events hosted in the summer and winter. British Columbia hosted the winter Global version of the X Games in 2003, but this does not appear to have been filmed at that event. BC Place, a large sports arena in central Vancouver was used as the interior for this motocross exhibition.

Johnny exits the arena with two lovely ladies where he is confronted by the rest of his team for being a jerk. Ben crumples up Johnny’s red Ferrari and rolls it along the street.

The outdoor sequence was filmed across the street from BC Place in the small parking lot off of Pacific Boulevard just outside the Plaza of Nations. The stairs that serve as a walkway over Pacific are seen behind Ben in several shots.
