Bucky attends a lavish event, sponsored by Valentina, honoring the heroes of New York with artifacts from The Avengers’ Battle of New York.

The Georgia State Capitol Museum, exterior and interior, was used for this “fake” party. A different exterior of this same location was used to present John Walker as the new Captain America in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.
