After Joe’s off-screen arrest, he is processed into the Cook County Jail facility, where Riri comes to check on him. Even later, The Hood makes him a better offer that he can’t refuse.

The Gwinnett County Jail in Lawrenceville, which was used for exteriors of San Quentin in Ant-Man and as the prison housing Baron Zemo in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, served as Joe’s location of incarceration.
