Serpent mercenaries entered with a package about an hour ago.

The opening action sequence presents Sam Wilson as Captain America interfering with the Serpent Society as they attempt to sell a sample of stolen adamantium in a small church in Oaxaca, Mexico.

CATHEDRAL

The Westview Abbey and Mausoleum in Atlanta stands in for the Mexican church. Sharp-eyed viewers may recognize the interiors of the church (specifically the stained glass) as it previously appeared as a French church in Loki Season 1. The In-Universe coordinates of the cathedral are 17° 7’ 24.45”, 96° 40’ 20.60”, which matches the satellite imagery seen in the Oaxaca Road section below.

OAXACA ROAD

While Captain America fights with Sidewinder and Copperhead in the chapel, a trio of motorcycles take off with the stolen sample. Joaquin Torres, in his new role as Falcon, swoops in to stop them.

The coordinates for this road (and cathedral) are 17° 7’ 37.95”, 96° 40’ 16.13”, and seen on the satellite map below, which accurately represents a mountainous area of Oaxaca, Mexico.

While there is little to go on for this small dirt road, it seems likely that it was filmed near the Church location above. Knowing that, it presumably was filmed on a small unnamed road on the eastern side of the cemetery, marked below. Based on what can be seen of the road and trees on nearby Google Street View, this is a likely candidate.
